The American International School of Lusaka (AISL) seeks an experienced Support Services Coordinator to lead our whole school inclusion and student support framework.

The Coordinator will guide the implementation of a coherent, equitable Multi Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and strengthen our culture of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) from ELC through Grade 12. Working collaboratively with teachers, leaders, and families, the Coordinator ensures that all students academically, socially, emotionally, and linguistically thrive in the least restrictive environment.

This position includes both leadership and direct teaching responsibilities, with approximately 40 to 60 percent instructional load.
